Acknowledgments, Authorization, and Payment: Buyer has reviewed the size specifications to confirm the correct size for its order. By indicating acceptance of the purchase order and making payment via Buyer’s website, Buyer authorizes American Madera Flag Co. to begin production on the purchase order and to charge the Buyer in the amount reflected on the purchase order. American Madera Flag Co. is not responsible for any errors in the final product caused by misinformation provided by Buyer (including names, sizes, colors, and finish selections). Internet orders are charged online when the order is submitted. Terms are from the date of invoice and not from the date of receipt. Your payment to American Madera Flag Co. will be regarded as acceptance of terms and conditions.
Warranty Disclaimer: All products are inspected before shipment. Seller makes no warranties, expressed, or implied. In no event shall Seller be liable to Buyer for incidental, consequential, special, or extraordinary damages whatsoever. American Madera Flag Co. shall not be held responsible for neglect of product due to inappropriate use.
Material and Colors Disclaimer: Seller strives to accurately depict all colors on its website, however, flag colors may vary slightly from images seen on the website. These minor differences are out of our control and are typically due to variations in wood and dye mixtures. Accordingly, American Madera Flag Co. does not guarantee that what you see online will match the color of the actual product delivered. Buyer acknowledges that actual colors may vary slightly from colors shown on your display monitor, and even within an order or in supplemental orders. There are no returns due to these variances.
Return Policy: Buyer agrees to open and inspect items immediately upon delivery. All returns must be authorized in advance by Seller within 72 hours of receipt of goods by Buyer. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the date of delivery. Buyer must prepay all shipping costs on authorized returned goods. A 20% restocking fee may be charged against any refund due. Custom, non-stock, flags, and special order items are non-refundable unless they were damaged during shipping. If your item arrived damaged, please file a claim with the delivery service and email us at email@example.com for further instruction.
Cancellations: Orders for custom, non-stock and special order items cannot be canceled except upon terms that will compensate Seller for costs incurred.
