Do all flags look the same?
Because each flag is handmade and made to order, every piece is unique. Colors may vary slightly from images, and there may be variations in charring due to lighting as well as variations in the pieces of wood.
Do you do Custom Orders?
Yes, we do. Please send all inquiries to info@americanmaderaflag.co, with an image and/or description of what you would like. We will contact you directly with a quote based on the size and complexity of work you are looking for. Please remember, everything is hand carved and/or burned. Some designs may be too detailed to be done by hand. However, we will do our best to come up with a design that satisfies your request.
Can you make sizes other than the ones listed?
Yes! Send your inquiry to info@americanmaderaflag.co with the size you are looking for, or we can work with you to figure out the best option for your needs.
What is your Return Policy?

What happens if my flag arrives damaged?
If your item arrived damaged, please file a claim with the delivery service and email us at info@americanmaderaflag.co for further instruction.
Can they go outside?
Although we seal all of our flags with high quality urethane, we want to ensure your flag is protected for years to come. If you wish to hang your flag outside, please email info@americanmaderaflag.co with your details and we will make sure your flag is well taken care of in preparation for the elements.
How do I hang my piece?
Each flag comes equipped with 2 d-rings and heavy-duty picture hanging wire. If you wish to have a French cleat hanging system instead, email info@americanmaderaflag.co with your details. There will be a small additional fee of $10.
When can I expect my flag?
Due to current demand, expect 3-4 weeks turn-around time until your order is shipped. If you need your flag before that time frame, please send an email to info@americanmaderaflag.co before ordering to discuss expedited shipping rates.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska? Military base?
We can ship up to the 36" x 19.5" size to Hawaii and Alaska or any APO address. Send an email to info@americanmaderaflag.co before ordering to discuss shipping rates to these areas.
